Team Leader and Senior Consultant - Seattle, WA

We are looking a passionate application consultant and team leader for aerospace software solutions with strong project management skills, extraordinary commitment, impeccable communication and proven leadership skills. The position is based in Everett, WA.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Be on customer premises, main point of contact and PACE representative for PACE products, maintaining and growing a great relationship with one of our key customers in line with PACE vision and mission statement.
  • Manage multi-year implementation project - be responsible for global statement of work, deliverables, resource management/allocation and all other project management related tasks.
  • Be the PACE Team Leader of Consultants and Data Analysts based in Everett, WA. Identify, allocate, prioritize and oversee high level tasks to support the overall statement of work of the team
  • Drive and support operational use of our products, with focus on Pacelab Cabin and Pacelab Data Management
  • Identify business development possibilities, convert into leads and drive coordination together with Sales helping to grow the PACE footprint in Seattle
  • Understand business processes, legacy applications and requirements of different organizations to determine the best way for the customer to move forward with our products and to support and consult redesign of processes
  • Resolve customer concerns raised during evaluation and operation by suggesting solutions in coordination with PACE Product Management

Qualifications and Skills

  • Min 5 years’ experience as projects manager and software consultant in complex customer environments
  • Experience as team leader of small to medium sized teams
  • Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or similar field
  • Demonstrated ability to work within diverse groups and challenging clients
  • Experience in aviation industry and PLM systems is a plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Strong business analysis skills
  • Fast learner with excellent communication skills and customer service oriented spirit – as you work on-site with one of our most valuable customers
  • Motivated and capable of working under your own steam, by taking ownership of new tasks and projects
  • Must be willing to travel 3-4 times per year to Europe
  • Valid US-work permit
