PACEdays 2011

Last year's conference was attended by delegates from more than 20 companies from all over the world including Airbus, B/E Aerospace, Boeing, Deutsche Lufthansa, Embraer, Etihad, Pera Global, PTC, Rolls Royce and Sukhoi Civil Aircraft.

Our keynote speakers were Eric Le Floch, Head of A350 XWB Product Offering at Airbus, and François Morizur, Regional Director A&D Europe at PTC, who presented "A350XWB – Shaping the Future of the Commercial Aircraft Industry" and "Total Lifecycle Management for Highly Configurable Products".

General information
If you wish to attend the PACEdays conference and user group meeting, please register as early as possible. Registered participants will receive the booking code required to benefit from a discounted room rate at the Grand Hyatt Hotel.

The conference fee is EUR 160 and can be paid at the hospitality desk on both conference days. All Pacelab users, that is, delegates from companies holding valid maintenance contracts, are eligible for a waiver of the conference fee.

At the conference hotel

The Grand Hyatt Berlin has set aside a block of Grand rooms  for PACEdays attendees at the reduced rate of €165 per night including breakfast and use of the famous spa facilities.

Rooms must be booked directly through the hotel website  using the group code which will be supplied in your PACEdays registration confirmation. Alternatively, you can call Grand Hyatt Reservations at +49 30 2553 1212 to make your booking (don’t forget to identify as a PACEdays participant). All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card.

You have up until 24 hours prior to the arrival date to cancel an individual room (in written form). If you cancel later, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking.

We advise you to book as early as possible as there will be only a limited number of rooms available. Booking deadline is Oct 31, 2012; any reservations made after this date will be subject to room and rate availability.

In the vicinity

If you choose not to stay at the conference hotel, you will find many alternative accommodation options in the Potsdamer Platz area, which are available through all the major booking sites.
